About Golders Properties
At Golders Properties we strive to deliver high quality homes in good locations whilst working positively with vulnerable tenants enabling them to reach their full potential and live as independently as possible.
Our aim is to connect property investors & landlords with supported housing providers so as to create more homes for vulnerable people.
We currently operate in London, the Midlands, South East and North West of England.
Housing crisis in the UK
The UK's housing crisis continues to have a profound impact on families and children nationwide. As of December 2024, approximately 354,000 individuals in England were homeless, including 161,500 children—a 14% increase from the previous year. Furthermore, around 151,630 children are currently living in temporary accommodations, marking a 14.7% rise from the previous year.

1.5 million families are currently homeless in the UK and most reside in homes that fail to meet the Decent Homes Standard, with issues such as dampness and structural hazards. These conditions not only undermine children's health and well-being but also highlight the urgent need for comprehensive housing solutions to address the growing crisis affecting vulnerable families across the country.
Our aim is to help as much as possible in reducing these numbers by providing not just a roof over tenants heads but integrating them back into the community and away from isolation.
